Your status depends on Versa Points earned in previous month. Every month we need reach 1500 VP-EA statuset least. But I think that EA status can be maintained in all posibile ways. These are statuses you can have and how much points you need monthly to maintain your status:
AFFILIATE – you get this status when you start in SFI
EXECUTIVE AFFILIATE – you get this status after 1500 VP colected
BRONZE TEAM LEADER – you need 3000 VP ( 1500 Action and 1500 Sales Versa points + 3 PSA's)
SILVER TEAM LEADER – you need 4000 VP+1BTL
GOLD TEAM LEADER – you need 5000 VP+2STL
PLATINUM TEAM LEADER – you need 6000 VP+3GTL
